New Categories When Do They Get Added

Hi does any one know when any new categories/sub cats etc are added as i see a lot of suggestions from months back but no new additions, I asked in November for

Please can you add a category for Seeds under Home & Garden, You already have
Garden, Yard & Plants : Plants & Trees: Seeds

I think a good layout for seeds would be

Garden, Yard & Seeds : Vegetables
Garden, Yard & Seeds : Flowers
Garden, Yard & Seeds : Ornamental Grasses

and its still not added, even if admin think its not suitable a reply to the suggestion would be nice

I hope it will be soon. I put in a thread to have figurines updated before Christmas! It seems like something that need to be addressed.
