Thread: Ninja broken

  1. #1

    Default Ninja broken

Trying to upload a 37 auction ninja, but it keeps giving me this message.

It's saving OK, it's version 0.99.49, using Google chrome & I have tried 4 times to upload the auctions

It seems it's only half broken.

Just managed to upload 5 auctions from the ninja, in process of trying 15 of them.

File name for the 5 is raindropsies_080111121917.zip

In summary something is broke, don't know what, but needs fixing as it shouldn't need things splitting before it uploads

I had a problem when working with Chrome, but Firefox was problem-free.

Any idea as to the size of the file if you include everything? I believe the is a maximum file size to process (but couldn't tell you what it is) so if you have a load of massive image files then you could be exceeding that.

...Or it could simply be, as you suggest, that something is broke.

That's probably it then. I has a max file size of 100 Mb in my head from somewhere and backtracked to this thread: http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...=1#post1265502

I thought a fix had been put in place with the Stage One Data Check in My eBid > My Bulk Uploads

That may well be the case then, it would be nice for it to show the limit somewhere easy to find though.
