Buy now sale not showing in my eBid

I've just had an email from ebid:

eBid - Successful Sale via Auction - 72 x Baby Pink Silk & Organza Wired Flowers [33825341]Thursday, 6 January, 2011 18:12

But the "sale" isn't showing in "my ebid"?



Problem is..........this customer has bought the same item from me before (on 1st December)

So at the moment, i'm trying work out wether this an extremely "late" email, or if "my ebid" isn't updating?
Either way, it's not good!

The email is to tell me that the listing is FINISHED!
How flaming confusing is the wording? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
