Hi,
I just created a listing for a Blu-ray film that I'm selling, I added the pre-filled information (which was not filled in, I had to fill it in myself to create the pre-filled information, but it did already have a stock photo of the Blu-ray case), however when it came to the Region selection I could not choose B, I was only presented with DVD region codes, and the category was fixed as DVD (could not change this, and I was never presented with an initial choice of Blu-ray or DVD); this pre-filled page was presumably keyed by the bar code, which I cannot believe is the same for the DVD release as the Blu-ray for this film, yet it came up as DVD (is there even a Blu-ray pre-filled information page or is it all just DVD?) I was forced to choose Region 2, but that is wrong as it is not a DVD (Region 2 has no meaning for Blu-ray), the Blu-ray regions are entirely different than those for DVDs - there are only three Blu-ray regions: A, B, C where as DVDs have seven: 0 - 6 (in fact there are 10 DVD regions but most commercial releases are only encoded for regions 0 - 6).
Does this mean that someone (or a bot) has gone through these pre-filled information pages and filled in just the category and stock image? If that's the case then there should be a way to update and correct the entire page, not just fill in missing details, as in this case it is clearly incorrect and will be misleading on the item page.
