I have to admit that ebid have always answered my e-mails quickly (and the replies are always relevant,proving a person not a machine reads them).
But today they surpassed themselves,I sent a message off and withing twenty minutes not only had I received a reply but the query had been acted on and action taken that rectified a small problem.
Excellent customer service.
