When should it be in the adult catagorie

Hi Just after a little advice , I have just had an auction removed stating that a magazine should be in the adult catagorie . The magazine in question is an issue of the uk Lads mag Loaded 172 as this isnt classed as a R rated magazine ( even tho some newsagents do put lads mags high up ) I would have thought that it would be ok in the mens catagorie ( if not what is the mens mag catagorie for ) . as I have quite a few so called mens mags for sale ( FHM Loaded Maxim Front etc ) I wanted to know if I should start moving them before they get taken down . I have no intention of listing 18 ( R) magazines if I had I do understand the need for the Adult catagorie as the last thing I want to do is to cause offence .

If you were told it should be in the adult section, that is obviously how the bosses feel and if you want to list it that's where it should go
