Put timing next to non-real time counts

On the forums we seem to spend a lot of time explaining to newbies that some of the item counts on their listings aren't updated in real time, but every four hours.

Would it be possible to add a "last updated" or "count at" next to any such numbers so that they showed "273 count at 12.00 1-Dec-10" or something?
