    And what's a council owned house?
    I admit one of the reasons I love reading the forums is seeing the different verbage used by those of you in England as opposed to the US

    Though I suppose you hear that a lot.

    Owned by local authority, also know as something else called social housing (I think)

    Right, Mel...that's what I do as I live in my RV full-time. I leave the bathroom sink tap running at a teeny tiny stream as it is the furthest line from where the water enters the trailer. I don't have to leave it on 24/7, only when I know it's going to hit zero or below. Beats having busted water pipes...aaaack!!
