Logo/banners confusion!

Hi all
Im setting up but not sure how to do the store logo bit and do I need to have seller plus to do so? Which Im thinking of up-grading to anyhow but just starting out on basics first. I know there is advice about the logo's and banners and stuff including a link which refused to work for me, but even having found other banner sites that tell you what to do but not WHERE to go to start it all off! Ive never done anything like this before so not au fait with it at all, though I have ideas about design etc Just need some simple step advice to start me off please anyone. Couldnt find anything in the forums on this specifically, maybe I was looking in the wrong place! Thank you

Hi the link that most folk use isn't working for me either. Not easy to find another free site to download banner from from what I can see!

Bannerfans.com appears to be down at present. You could try http://www.bannersketch.com/index.php?pid=home which looks to be a similar site - though I have no personal experience of it so this is not a recommendation of the site. If you try it and find it to be good then report that back here for the benefit of others.

You should set the banner creator for a 310 pixel wide by 90 pixel high image for use as a store banner.

You don't need to be Seller+ in order to create yourself a banner. You do need to be Seller+ in order to have a store though - so maybe not much point in having a store banner until then (unless you want one ready for if you upgrade).

Thanks for the replies. Very helpful! jeweleffects advice and links I have used, managed to use this step by step guide. The ebid knowledge Base is also great and yes the bannerfans.com is online now, thanks to all of you. Was actually quite straight forward anyow once I got into the right website working properly! Things always seem more daunting when they are new to you in any case!
