Uploading from ninja

Got this response when trying for the firs time after uploading from ninja and trying to put in store
Auction 1 Error : User 'JMCARDS' has a user level of 'SELLER+'. Standard auctions can only be started by Silver Members.
Auction 1 Error : STANDARD and PLATINUM auctions are only available to SELLER accounts. SELLER+ accounts should use FREE or GALLERY.

It was put on all 272 of my auctions. any thoughts

In NL, make sure you have your account set to SELLER+ in the File > Settings area. Change the feature to FREE or GALLERY. This can be done by changing one the right clicking the changed cell in grid view and choosing to copy to all.

I have to be gettin close now have the following error message:
Auction 1 Error : Incorrect eBid Store Category : You entered posters ... The category posters does not exist in your eBid Store with ID of 1

The format of the store category is store_id:category_id - note the colon separating the two parts (e.g. 1:2a).

You can get the two ids by navigating to My eBid > My eBid Stores and selecting the store you are interested in from the drop-down list.

you got me on that one do not see any drop down list. We do only have one store

somehow got them listed however the shipping format is not correct. It states UPS 3 day select on all of them and needs to be first class mail

If you only have the one store (I admit I didn't check) then the drop-down list will not show.

Just looked at a few and all are showing (to me in the UK) as USPS First Class Mail International Package. Have you been in fixing them since your post or are we seeing different things?

Yes we finally got the posters listed and the shipping corrected. Easier than I thought it would be to correct the shipping issue. We will use those only for awhile till we understand the site better. Then list more items Thanks for the help

Hi Gazza. This is a little off of this original topic but it's the closest thread I've found. I uploaded my Ebay listings to Ebid through Ninja Lister. The original Ebay listings were created through Auctiva which also hosted the images. The auctions on Ebid look like the Ebay listing was used as a single image for the item description. It includes the template and photos as they appeared on Ebay. What I'm wondering is whether I can now cancel the Auctiva service. If I do, the images will be deleted from Auctiva. But are they also going to disappear from the listings I transferred? To test the issue, I deleted photos for one listing from Auctiva. The Ebid listing still shows the pictures. So I think I'm OK but wanted your more expert thinking. The auction I tested is #33949252, in case that helps you. Many thanks for your time and your site. Ebid is turning out to be a great alternative for me now that I've escaped from the Evil Empire.
