member lost login

Hi guys

A friend registered with Ebid some time ago but has since lost her login AND password, any ideas how she can retrieve that info please (she wouldn’t be able to email admin if she can’t login and she can’t request lost password if she can’t remember her login name)?

She can email admin directly without touching the site - just email support@ebid.net with all the information she *does* know.
