what is a google checkout merchant key?

can anyone tell me what a google checkout merchant key is, and where I can find it.
I have a merchant id, but no key

For those who are having problems with google checkout...sign in to google checkout press my sales right hand side new page, press settings left hand side new page, press second from bottom left hand side integration this will give you id and merchant key it took me ages to find it hope this helps anyone who is having problems.
