I asked for a re-delivery of a parcel 10 days ago which never arrived. After being messed around with by telephone, website and emails from Royal Mails customer services I sent an email late on Saturday afternoon to the Head of RM
Didn't expect to get an answer until Monday but at 7pm Saturday I got an email asking for more details then another at 8pm promising they would look into it and phone me at 9am this morning.
9.02am they phoned me full of apology and excuses, then asked me if I would be in this evening. They have said the local manager will deliver it personally on his way home at 5.30pm
Next time I've a problem with them I will skip customer services and go straight to the top.
