what happened???

ok I am a new seller here and I have read all the rules..
I have been listing auctions for a couple hours now and getting confirmation emails BUT when I went to look at my completed work it says there are NO auctions I am running.. no sold auctions, no unsold auctions..

there is no email no phone number no direct physical address listed in auctions anywhere
I am using a html template
these are not prohibited items they ar e all Live aquarium plants..

what am I missing?? help please.. I hate to have waste d a few hours listing auctions that have never appeared but I could deal with it if I knew how to fix whatever the problem is and get them listed.. Thanks in advance for any helpful insight

ok been thinking.. I want to do a flat rate shipping for my plants -- $6.00 no matter how many of Any number of different types of plants.. $6.00 flat rate shipping.. "If the ebid shipping calculator should try and charge you more than $6 then contact me and I will correct the shipping to make it $6 flat"

Is it the " contact me" that is setting off the red flags on ebid to delete my listings?

Without a live listing as I type, it's hard to say what's triggered things, common things are
Links to other e-commerce sites
Items in wrong category
Multiple items with same title
Contact details within auction

Links to other e-commerce sites-- NONE using the html I did have copies of same pics as main auction linked using html to a site but ther e was not a clickable link anywhere I just use dit to import via html a pic into template to make it " pretty'
Items in wrong category-- all were in Home and Garde.Pets.fish.Live Plants... so NONE
Multiple items with same title-- NONE
Contact details within auction -- NONE

and I wish I could give ya a listing.. I tried placing html in here to show an examp,le of one but it was a no go.. you know anyway I can show ya what it would have looked like?

considered linking to an ebay auction which uses same template and basically same text other e than ebid would of course replace all ebay mentions...

The follow up of "live Aquarium Plant" should not be the problem as the preceding words make the title unique to you.

My suggestion would be sending off an email to support@eBid.tv and ask for the reason/s why they vanished, and explain that you don't understand what rule you broke and would like to resolve the issue, but in order to do so you could do with someone explaining what you did wrong.
If you have an auction number (even though it's vanished) if you give the number to admin in the email, they may not only be able to tell you what was (if anything) wrong with the auction, but they may also be able to put them all back for you if the error is on their part and not yours.

There is a problem with the system that started last night, where sellers are listing items successfully but the items are not becoming visible via their stores or running auctions lists. Try a search via the main box for some keywords from one of your titles and see if that's more successful in finding the listing.

As Kimbo suggested when searching for 'Dwarf Hairgrass on Rock -- Live Aquarium Plant' the results produced http://us.ebid.net/for-sale/dwarf-ha...t-33043484.htm as of 8:01am EST, USA. So it would appear all is well again this morning and when clicking on your member ID it does show from your About Me Page that you have 19 auctions currently running. Welcome to eBid BTW!!
