Thank you, Astral. Hope that is implemented. It would seem a complete waste of time bothering with multiple pictures if the buyer isn't aware of the facility.

Is this green linei and green box thing a UK-only feature? I haven't been able to find any such thing and I'm in the US. When I see listings that have more than one eBid-hosted photo, they display as one big one with the others displayed as thumbnails under the big one, and you click on the thumbnails to bring them up to bigger size. I checked in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Here's a randomly found example of a listing like that:

HerMajesty,
You need to have your view set to "showroom". So, try clicking on the link to my store below in my signature. Then make sure you have your view set to "showroom". You'll see the photos of my listings. The ones where I have more than one photo, you'll see the green line under. Since only some of my listings have multiple photos, only some have the green. If your view is set to the other two settings, "display" or "list" I think they are, you won't see the line.
I hope that helps.
Blessings!
John

Correction to my previous post: I see the other two view options are actually "list" and "gallery". Make sure your view is set to "showroom". Then try clicking on the green line in different places. How many photos are in the listing makes a difference as to where you click on the green line. Kind of odd, yes.
Blessings!

Thank you, Olivia and John (we need a Newton in here too). My default view for lists of listings is Gallery so I didn't see the green slider until changing to Showroom view. I will assume I'm a typical eBid user so deduce this green slider isn't even visible to possibly half the people who browse. It appears to be a convenient feature if you do see it.
You can set in your store configuration which view it is initially presented to the user in.
I think when the Showroom view was introduced there was some debate (aka argument) over which should be the default user view when browsing and the outcome was Gallery - with the seller option to choose for their own store(s).
