Not sure if I can put these in our store

I have some vintage adult men's magazines that I would like to list (so far, I've found Playboy and Easyriders). These are not pornographic; I think the appropriate word is "naughty". I found the category for Playboy in eBid's Adult magazines category. However, I don't know if I am allowed to list them in our store Tia's Bookshelf, which is in the eBid "Books, Comics & Magazines" category.

If I'm not allowed to put them in our store, how do I manage them? Will they show up in the Auctions I'm Running and the sold/unsold buckets like the other items and just float around loose? I've never listed anything that wasn't in one of our stores and I don't want to lose track of them. I only found a few listed here and they're not in a store.

Does anyone out there know? Should I bother support with this queston?

good morning Tia , I cannot answer the question but I would say , YES , ask support ... at least this way , you do not do the wrong thing and get into a little bit bother....play safe....but someone else might give you a better answer...................papa

You can list things outside your store and they would show if someone goes to seller's auctions. They just don't show in your stores (I think that is correct)

There has been some anecdotal evidence over the years that having adult items in your inventory can have a detrimental effect on your visibility; tales of things not being uploaded to Google. I would check with support what the theory is about that, and then watch carefully to make sure it works how you're told. And I'd love it if you'd report back so we know for sure next time somebody asks!

From eBid support: "Anything adult has to be in the Whatevers left > Adult: which does not come up on searches. Users are required to browse directly in the adult category to view. These listings will still show up in your auctions I'm running section."

So it seems they can't go in our store. Having our listings in stores makes it very easy to track them. I'll just have to keep good records so I can find them in "Auctions I'm Running".

Did you ask them about the Google thing?
