Can anyone tell me how to find help on an invoice problem? I am being billed for something and have been inactive for over a year. I have lifetime seller+ so I don't think I should owe any fees. any help appreciated!

What does it say on your invoices & fees for each month

Look in your fees section of My eBid: http://us.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?mo=account-balance

Any fees charged will be detailed there. If you disagree with any of them you will need to take the matter up with admin.

it shows the summary amount Past Due for many months....doesn't show any detailed info at all. I sent a support request several days ago but haven't gotten a reply. At a loss as to what to try next! Thanks!

Check your eBid fees, the outstanding fees seem to relate back to March 2009, you can use the links on the fees page to return back to that period.
