Just about to hit my second anniversary on eBid

365 positive feedbacks - average of one every other day

I wish I had some feedback from the other 1000 sales

I wonder why some buyers ( and possibly sellers?) don't leave feedback. It doesn't take much effort and it helps with not only our profile but their's aswell. strange. Even when you request feedback you don't always get it.

Is this common on ebid? I think I have seen threads elsewhere on this?

Feedback is sometimes slow on here; but I will never remind buyers to leave it.
And, I would rather eBid didn't do it for me.
Is there some way of opting out of that?

Just out of interest - did you leave it for the other 1,000 sales?

Not all. I had numerous ones where I was unable to leave feedback because they had a line through their name. I had no problems with these people and it doesn't seem as though there was good justification for the linethrough.

Congrats on your 2 years and your good sales !

It seems to be a fact that most ebid sales come from Google Shoppers, these people probably only want to buy their product and get out of here, and they probably have no intention of coming back to ebid, so they don't see the need to give feedback.

I have a feedback ratio of about 90%. I think the reason for my high feedback ratio is that none of my sales have come from Googlers, but ebid forum members, who understand the value of the feedback system.

It's good to hear people are making so many sales! It encourages me to persist in making Ebid work for me.

My feedback is stuck on 99. I have had many more sales but the last 6 have not left feedback. But the good news is they all paid and noone has complained, that is better than the missed feedback in my opinion.
