Question Description Box Keeps Losing My Information...HELP!!

I am running FireFox for internet (never had a problem). When I list my Auctions and get to the "description" to input my wording, everything looks fine. Then later that day or the next day, I go back and check my Auctions and notice that ebid either wiped out half or more than half of my description. Why does this keep happening. I am copying/pasting from Word (could this be doing it)?

Use the paste from word option when you put the description in. Or even better, stop using Word to create html, it makes a lousy job of it!

Also ensure that there are no email addresses in your description. The use of the @ character anywhere in the description text is also not advised (use the literal 'at' instead) as this can trigger eBid's email filter and mess up a description.

Thanks but I do not believe that I have symbols @ listed. If I have the information saved on Word, should I copy/paste it to Notepad and work off of there instead of Word?

Try the Paste from Word option first. This can strip out a lot of the garbage code generated by Word.
