Combined Shipping

Hi guys. I'm new here, loving it so far thank you . I've been combing through FAQ articles and getting started on listing all day today. One answer I haven't been able to find is how to offer combined shipping? Does checkout do that automatically? I have a rate calculator that I use for all my items, but I know I can lower the shipping fee if multiple items are ordered at the same time. So, can I do it?

You can create a general or shipping discount when you send the buyer an invoice. Simply state on your listings that you offer combined shipping where economically viable and if they make multiple purchases then to await an invoice before paying.

Yes, and these buyers love the discounts so clearly state what you will discount if they buy from you. The invoice allows changes to both shipping and item totals, you just do your calculations. Even a space to leave your buyer a note. Very easy.

If an invoice got sent out with the wrong shipping on it how do you get a corrected invoice to send customer?

I thought their was a button for a Corrected Invoice?? But I do not see it anywhere in, Me eBid.
Maybe it has been recently changed? Or it is still there, but hideing.

Just a note on fixing an invoice. You have to delete the invoice and start over. It works.
