I had a npb. Went through the process of sending reminders and emailing. Marked as np and reposted. 1 month later yes, 1 month later received payment through pp. No explanation at all. I removed np marked as paid and shipped item. All was well that ended well.

Except for one obvious mischief-maker, I leave neutral (not negative) feedback for NPB, because that's the only way I can get my FVF back. It hasn't cost me any money, and relisting is easy. There's no way of knowing what happened, and I'd rather give them the benefit of the doubt. Some good examples have been listed here, and I can think of many other reasons it could happen.
I have been blackballed by so many sellers here that I now do most of my on-line shopping elsewhere now.
Am looking for a replacement 'over the body' bag...saw one here and bought it somewhere else
