    Default International Shipping Times..................

fasted to slowest. What countries do you find shipping to fast or slow? Most of my experience has been with UK, Deutchland, Netherlands, & Canada. Have found shipping to be surprisingly fast to & from these countries.

I had a surface mail package to China arrive there in under 10 days! Methinks it stowed away on an aircraft! In contrast, one to India took nearly 4 months.

From the UK I find that packages to Australia arrive blindingly quickly, but Canada can take forever.

Canada takes awhile, Norway and Finland too.
USA is quick and also China.
    Italy not too bad~
Spain~ fingers crossed takes forever~ if at all.
But those are just my personnel experiences.

A lot of surface mail does go by air if there is room on the plane.Bit of a gamble.I have had a book get to the USA in 2 days.

I agree with Australia, although I sent 6 packages to the same buyer by surface mail, 1 arrived within a week (so went by plane) and the other 5 arrived separately from 2 months to 5 months, the buyer was quite happy though as surface mail saved him around £50 (AU$85) which is massive.
New Zealand seems to take longest though as I have never had a parcel delivered by surface mail to there within 4 months, but no complaints as I am crystal clear with buyers of the time scales RM give and what I have experienced on other countries

Wow, some transit times are really long - 2 to 4 months! In general, I'd be ok with that, but it is helpful to have an idea so you don't panic about package deliveries.

Excess you mention China being fast; never dealt with them. Why do so many people seem to be put off with them? Wouldn't mind dealing with them if I could ID quality businesses with good rep.

Thats why i am always honest and clear with buyers as to the shipping times, so much so it's on my all about page too.
