    Exclamation there item not recieved

    hi i have a buyer.that has not recieved there item,i have kept in contact with them,how soon do i give refund,(i dont mind doing)after the claim to the post office or before.i have the reciept,and it was not sent recorded,and i have worked to hard to get a bad feedback.what would you's do.

    Has it been 15 working days since you posted the item? That is 3 weeks. Royal Mail won't accept items as lost until after that time. If it is less time ask customer if they are willing to wait as it could still turn up. I always refund before getting anything from RM, as often that turns out to be stamps anyway

    no i only posted it on the 1st of this month,as i say i dont mind giving refund,i dont think they will be willing to wait.

    I don't understand why you don't abide by the terms you have placed on your "All About" page

    "IF your have not recieved your item.i will REFUND YOU FULLY.but i will need to give your item 15 working days."
    My posts only state my own opinions, unless I've stolen them from someone else

    I always refund after 9 working days for UK post, it takes months for RM to give money back and wouldn't expect customer to wait until I had sorted that out.

    Refund after reasonable time, if expected to arrive in 3 to 5 days, after 10 business days, refund the money.

    File with PO later (it may arrive later and buyer should refuse delivery so it is returned, then you don't need to file at all).

    i have refunded and hopefuly if the recieve it they will return it.but i think i have lost out in this one,thats the chance we take lol

    I usually refund after 10 working days if it hasn't arrived.
