All my store banners have just disappeared

I have 5 stores and all of my store banner images have disappeared. This just happened yesterday morning. I have tried re-doing the banner images, but they have still not re-appeared.
Any help would be great.

nearly everytime i log onto ebid,i cannot see ANY PICTURES WHAT-SO-EVER..all i can see is the outline and the discription of the pictures, mine and other people`s ..then they slowly load up (may take up to 40 mins........plus at those times,my store banners are not viewable ,,(just the wording is there..also my ¬about me picture¬is also gone,,but,,,will slowly load up...THIS ONLY HAPPENS TO ME ON EBID...no other sites...all these problems for "me" started after ebid moved to the usa..

-my rectangular banner designs you can see are a pink & purple swirl design with white shadowed writing over the top?

If this is the case, then for whatever reason i just cannot see them!

Can see them fine..... sometimes things take a while to upload to the stores...
but they are looking good in Scotland

Are everybody else's showing? Sounds like you might have accidentally blocked yours in your firewall or adblocker, maybe?

Oh my goodness!!
I can't see anyone else's banners!!! I can see peoples pictures, but not their store banners!

Your right, I must have clicked something without knowing.
Those are my banners and i still can't see them.

Do you know what i could do to unblock?

Hi all,
I use Internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox for browsers. I just loaded Kaspersky Internet Security software and all the store banners on the ebid site disappeared. I turned off the "Anti-Banner" block and I can now see all banners including my own.
