buyer can't checkout

I just lost a big sale all because the buyer could not locate the paypal button after commiting to purchase, i sent him an invoice and he could still not find the paypal link.

surely it's easy to check-out on ebid?

Is the PayPal button ticked on your listing?

(That's what happened to me the first time I bought here. I had a devil of a time paying the very nice seller after I bought an item. Once she ticked the box it was smooth sailing from there.)

Hi i noticed your auction has no payment methods,you need to edit your auction go to section 3 payment methods and select a payment(s) you would like your buyer to pay you with, then press the save button on the bottom,your auction will then give you a symbol of your payment method for your buyers to pay you with hope this helps

as has been pointed out you need to fill the info to accept p/pal then it is easy to check out....

but having found the the buyer could not pay because you had not ticked the right boxes could you not have sent an invoice via p/pal for them to pay direct, then you wouldn't have "lost a big sale"

also the "buy it now" does not send a "pay it now"... you would still have needed to send an invoice to get payment

OP Hasn't taken any notice of the advice given , they only have one auction not going to take much to do to avoid the same situation.
