This is an extremely rare water line makers model of an Off shore steamer ship the "SS Stanley" and has been known to me since I was a young boy, and then subsequently in my possession for the last 35 years plus.
You can rest assured that you wont find another one of these in a hurry. I believe only a handful of this model were ever produced.
