Charity store not showing in Google

I cannot find my store either on google shopping

I have a ticket open with support and here are the criteria they said it needed for it to be uploaded. However mine that fit the qualifications are not there for my Charity store but are with my other stores. I also thought they only needed 3 days remaining so I was glad to get the info. Hope this helps and I will post if they get it resolved where mine are viewable in Google Shopping.

Needed criteria ---

Auction with at least 7 days remaining & BuyNow available

OR Auction with On First Bid & BuyNow available

OR Fixed Price with at least 7 days remaining

OR Fixed Price with Run Until Sold

I've recently been conducting some Google upload tests and have had test auctions with 3 day total span uploaded perfectly successfully. So unless they've changed the rules again in the last week, what they've told you isn't what they actually do.

Hi Kim,

I noticed that my other stores are being uploaded with the 3 days also and I am sure they probably will with the Charity store once the problem is solved as to why they are not uploading at all.

They are showing up in the Google 'web' search but most people search the Google 'Shopping' when they are looking to purchase.
