Can I Use this as my shop banner?

This is just an image and there are no links - My theory is that ebid will get more publicity and interest out if it than ebay.

I'll be using the same thing on my ebay listings too.
As my name suggests I am online and can be found at these locations under the same name.

A definitive answer from the boys would be nice.

These are my thoughts on the banner in question - I would imagine that each site will take offence as it inviting buyers to check out your other sites taking them away from their own site with financial losses (even though you say there is no link to the image but you do say the selling name is the same).

You may run into problems with that one.

I don't know that there's a *rule* that prevents it, but I can't see ebid being keen. But I've long since given up trying to second guess management decisions about things like that. If you want a decision before you use it, why not just as them?

There are only two sites that would see the banner. Ebid and the bay. Amazon is completely different as is the stock I list there.

My contention and belief is that I will draw buyers to EBID.
I aint even gonna ask ebay I'm just gonna do it!

I've already got ebid logos on my pics with no comebacks yet (touch wood).
I just hope the boys can see the bigger picture -
