When do I pay the Fees for extras on Auctions

Hello Everyone,

I signed up a few days ago as a Seller+. I've been adding the extras on all my auctions so I see that there is a tally of the fees that I've incurred thus far. It says that we get an invoice at the 1st of the month and that fees will be withdrawn from the card we have registered on our account. Does anyone know when those fees are withdrawn? Is it automatically as you post your auctions or is it in one lump sum when the invoice is issued at the 1st of the month? Thx

Hi there i am a newbie too, you get an email from ebid which then tells you your payment is due 1st of each month, then go to my ebid fees which will take you to your statements mine shows up in pink to be paid i have only paid once but if i can remember you select to pay it will take you through how to pay,then your statement will turn green meaning paid,hope i have helped

You pay any due fees monthly in arrears. If your fees are very low in a month, say just a few pence, then they are often carried over to the next month as it is not worth eBid collecting them.

How you pay depends on how you paid for your subscription. If you paid via PayPal (Seller+ Lifetime only) then when you are invoiced you pay via PayPal. If you paid your subscription by card via eBid's payment processor then the due fees will be debited from the card a few days after invoicing - though you can pay them via PayPal if you choose using the button on your invoices page.

If you pay with your registered card it will be taken in one lump sum at the beginning of each month.

Although you pay your fees monthly, remember that each auction relist time period will incur added fees for all the extras you use.
