Hi, I would like to see these videos but when I click on them, nothing but a blank screen comes up. Really wanted to see the one regading bulk edit.

Do I have to download some program to be able to see them? Thanks.

They should just play in your browser window. Some sort of adblocker or firewall problem, maybe?

Kim, I feel like such a dummy. I tried again this morning. This time when the blank screen came up, I clicked the blank screen and the video started. Guess I was just too tired last night to figure that out. Thanks for the assistance.
