I sold a six panel door on there, 2 little square panels at the top and four longer ones below, customer claimed not as described and shown in picture, I asked why? she sent me piks- hher husband had hung it upside down- but it was my fault for not marking the top of the door. Paypal actually took my side and refused the refund to her.

Oh, that is called the "I thought it would look better than that" excuse.

Means they changed mind and want to return it.

I used to work in a camera shop, and we used to have a couple of big baskets of frames outside the door. 7x5 / 8x6 / 10x8.

It was quiet in the shop, so I was stood at the counter, watching a lady rooting through one of the baskets, lifting frames, examining them, then replacing them to get another. It continued for quite a while, and she was starting to look a little frustrated, so I went out to see if she needed any help.

"Yes", she said. "I'm looking for a 5x7 frame, but all the ones in here are 7x5."

So I took one out at random, held it horizontally, and said - "Here's a 5x7", then I turned it sideways so that it was upright and said, "There, now it's a 7x5".

without batting an eyelid, she took the frame, thanked me for finding it for her and bought it! - didn't even look to see if there was a molding she preferred.

Maybe you should have gone around and fitted it for them

Isn't that what some customers expect
