I seem to remember reading on the Forums a similar problem .. can you blackball the buyer to remove the bids then reinstate them? Check with them first so they don't get a shock...

there should be a Mutral cancellation button where if seller and buyer agree to cancell bid that auction can then be closed so no more bids can be made on it as i cannot close the auction its still showing i have 5 in stock what if some one else wants to buy it i be in the same situation

Once it has no bids on it can't you close it then?

Closing dutch auctions is a little more fiddly. Just change the end time to five minutes from now.

And yes, there's a request for cancellation option running in the suggestions forum.

just seams silly that the only way to cancell bids is to blackball the buyer then close the auction

As I usually only have one of anything I didn't know that about the Dutch auctions - handy to know - change the end time - so logical (which means I would never have thought of that) - thanks Kim (again)
