It does say for 24 hours but you joined back at the beginning of February - which, even with my shaky maths, is more than 24 hours ago.

You can still take advantage of the offer if you have never had a basic Seller or a short term Seller+ account before. Upgrade to one of the lesser accounts and then upgrade to Seller+ Lifetime within 24 hours. The cost will then be 49.49 less anything you paid for the initial upgrade.
