The whole point of feebay used to be that one man's "junk" is another man's treasure. Hopefully that sentiment has transferred over here now. You never know what someone, somewhere will be interested in & it is better to list it than to throw it away (unless it really is fit for the bin of course!)

You should list, because if sellers are put off listing certain products, buyers will see there's not much on offer & head back to feebay.

I needed to buy a head support for my baby, but there was nothing on here - so I had to buy one from feebay.

I read a report that ebay is set to move away from auctions and into BINs - in other words a big move into the online retail biz.
Thing is . . .What the bay is doing is creating a vacuem in the auction field ..
Wonder if ebid is well positioned and got it's feet in the starting blocks!

True...that's why all the changes started in 2008...JD wanted to move ebay away from being the fleamarket of the internet. Go read the forums for yourself...alot of ticked off sellers...no exposure..and paying ever increasing fees.

I have started listing more here now....(note I used the emails in my Paypal account to send out buddy emails)

I'm going to make an effort to list more, and start with fairly low start prices, which would be attractive to encourage bidding. I'm already doing it on some things - some of which have sold on first bid - So hopefully there will be some jolly happy customers who go to their freinds saying - "Hey guess what I just bought from a guy on Ebid. and it only cost me XXX!!!"

For those who aren't fussy about filtering what I sell - Take a look at ALL my stuff above. - But for more specific listings, take a peek in the stores below.

TOY-PALLOI - For all sorts of traditional playthings!

THE PAPERBOYS PLEASURE - For Books & Magazines

    OUT ON THE FLOOR - For Records - (mainly 1950's - 60's)

    VIEWPOINT - Photographic Equipment

THE SCRAPYARD - Spare parts for old cars and bikes
