I quite often have low startign prices, and failry high BINs.

and yes, if an item ends on a first bid, so be it, that's the price it goes for and somebody gets a bargain.

Obviously I'd like to get more for some of my items, but I'd also like to see people getting some real bargains, as that will encourage them to come back.

"WOW, look what I bought on Ebid... and it only cost me XXX"

I've also had return customers, and it is a lovely feeling when people come back after their first visit. It lets you know that you are doing something right.
