hi all, hope everyone is well. i am new to ebid and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to send an invoice.. i would be really greatful if someone could possibly give me some direction.. this is as far as i get.. i go to my sold page, highlight send invoice in the drop down box, it takes me to another page with more detail about the sale..... then...???? ebay has a really straight forward invoice system, this is so frustrating!! thank you soo much in advance.

think it has to do with Seller versus Seller+. Sellers have to create their own invoices... someone will come along and explain it properly.....

you need to be seller plus to use the integrated invoice. If you use Ppal you can send an invoice through them. Or I suppose a copy+paste job through your email ( I am sure there are other ways, but this is all I know)
