new member dont know how to add icon visit my store on listing

hi, i am a new member and i notice that on product searches it has a little icon saying visit my store and i havnt got one on my listings.
can anyone tell me if i can add it? or is it not there because i am new

Not quite sure as to what you are referring to. Can you clarify?

sorry not explained my self properly, when your looking at the list for products available.
it gives icons, low feedback, business seller, payment methods accepted etc and i can see on other peoples there is also a little icon there to visit store and i dont have one on mine

I think I see what you mean, as shown in the attached pic. Your item doesn't show the store icon like the one above, even though you have a store. The only thing I can think of is that the icon doesn't get triggered until the next store list update - which is twice daily. But that only applies if you've only just set up the shop. Sorry, I'm not being much help, but at least it confirms I'm seeing the same thing you are!

yeah thats what i mean, ive searched the posts but i cant find an answer to why its missing.
i thought it was becuase i have no feedback yet, but i found other people with no feedback yet and its there so im puzzled

No. I can't explain why it is missing either. Your store appears in the list of stores so eBid recognises that the store is online and stocked.

Give it 24 hours and then, if it hasn't appeared, ask admin direct.
