Sadly, I've never sold a YDC item to anyone who wasn't a regular participant.
I've never sold a YDC item to a new buyer either.

all feedback from eBid
Well they wouldn't have been on google shopping as they had no buynow prices as thats against YDC rules
Just random auctions, not sure they were anything unusual for me, they were (I think) just put up new for YDC rather than changing an existing listing to a YDC listing(I hope that makes sense)
What was the question?

I'm very disappointed by Gazza and Marks lack of involvement with the YDC over the years. Yeah I know they have started to donate bits and pieces to the YDC but they could do so much more if they wanted.
For example, They could add a YDC link on eBids landing page, and give the YDC a mention in their help or FAQ files. That way they are showing their support for the YDC and it makes it look more official rather than a project run by a few forum regulars.
The YDC has helped a lot of people in the past, many have used it to try out the listing process and to get a feel for eBid because they knew that the other YDCer's would help out if they got stuck. eBid have not recognised that contribution to the site, they could do that by showing more support for the YDC.
Another way that eBid could help is to donate some buddy points and one lifetime fee each month, both these would be excellent tools to help promote the YDC. Newbies would probably me more interested in auctions for 25 or 50 buddy points and the lifetime fee (is it back to £49.99 now?). So we could use these two auctions to post on other forums and social networking sites to bring in some new blood. Even folk who already use eBid but have not looked at the YDC yet would be interested.
All the above are easy to do and would cost eBid almost nothing, I don't think it is too much to ask in exchange for the good that the YDC does for eBid.
Without this thread i would have never gone to look at the YDC, i didn't buy in there but did buy from the charity bit - When i get my act together i will stick some stuff in there.
