Seller not responding

I was the winning bidder on an auction on 3-13-10. I did not pay as I had questions about shipping. After several emails inside and outside eBid, I have not received a response.
I am no longer willing to pay. I want to know if this is a minimum time frame to wait before I leave negative feedback. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I want other buyers to be aware of this sellers lack of response.
What are my options about canceling the transaction?
Should I wait longer to fix this issue?

You should do "everything". Well done for not paying before you knew the transaction was sound. Now contact eBid using support@ebid.net giving them all the details of the transaction. If they find a problem with the seller they will suspend the account, which means you won't be able to leave feedback anyway, but if not then you should leave appropriate factual feedback to tell people what happened. You can always change feedback later on this site if anything changes.
