I was the winning bidder on an auction on 3-13-10. I did not pay as I had questions about shipping. After several emails inside and outside eBid, I have not received a response.
I am no longer willing to pay. I want to know if this is a minimum time frame to wait before I leave negative feedback. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I want other buyers to be aware of this sellers lack of response.
What are my options about canceling the transaction?
Should I wait longer to fix this issue?
