That final block could do with being split into lines, like the stuff above it. In particular, the BuyNow Price needs to be on its own line for speed of checking.

    Thanks very much.

Do you really need e-mail so bad as to ask eBid for it?

I don't care if my emails win any beauty parades, I just want to be able to read the important information quickly and easily. We're not talking about a marketing campaign here, or a newsletter (which is usually very well laid out) just a seller process update. Appearance is nothing, performance is everything.

That is weird, do you think it might be where i am using the US site & you are using the UK site or could it be something to do with the email settings.

The former's possible, I think, the latter... wouldn't have thought so, because a setting would affect the whole message not just one line.

Now that I know that it's working how I think it should for you, I can classify this as a glitch, not a suggestion, so I'll move it across.

There are line breaks in our templates. Are you using Outlook, this removes line breaks automatically sometimes.

I've added double line breaks to separate everything now. Will show at next update.

Thanks, I am, but while I've had it remove excess lines, I've never known it remove single essential line breaks before, so I'm afraid that didn't occur to me! Thanks again.
