I just got word back from support,boy they are quick.I gave them one of the items and it seems it may have to do with the browser I am using,they did it with firefox 3.6 and it worked fine. I am using internet explorer so maybe I will give firefox a try and see if I can get it to work with that,

Just wanted to update you in case you ever needed to try it for real.

Great, thanks. Nice to know, both for myself and in case anybody else asks. I use Chrome, or Firefox, but never IE - can't stand it! Give either a try and you'll probably find you prefer it/them.

I just downloaded firefox and will try it once I pick up my girls from school,one thing though,were you using firefox when you tried or chrome

Makes sense then lol,guess firefox will be the way to go...for changing items at least.
