Unknown Fees

On Feb 15, 2010 I signed up for sellers +. This past week I submitted a total of 74 sales..auctions and buy it now. All these are listed in the gallery auction sections.
Today I received a statement from ebid that I owe them $1.10. I did pay that and wonder why am I charged that ? I sold nothing to incur the 2% gallery charge, I listed everything in the gallery, nothing in the featured area, and no extra's added.
Also
I have noticed when using the (List Similar) feature the listing drops down to (featured listing) by itself on occassion.
Is there an explanation for these ?

Go to your My eBid Summary > My eBid Fees > My Statement > Click on << Prev Month.

It should tell you what you paid for which options.

The change to Featured is a known problem and one that should have been sorted out by now. I believe it is caused when you use the browser's BACK button when editing a listing using a certain browser. I can't recall which one - but likely the one you are using.

Until it is fixed you will just have to stay alert and keep an eye on the fees. If you incur any due to the bug eBid will refund. A fix would be better for all than refunds though.

According to my interpretation of gallery listing I should not have been charged anything during the month of Feb. I am charged for 2 extra images, and 1 featured listing.
I have not run over the 5 images allowed for each listing, nor have I listed a featured auction.
As I mentioned I did pay through pay pal..Is there some one I may contact in order to receive a credit?

It depends on how you added the extra images. They are only free when added at the top of the listing page. If you add them at the bottom of the listing page as extras they will be charged - regardless of if the total number of images is 5 or less.

If you wish to dispute fees then you will need to take that up with Admin.
