I got paid via Google today and I think that bit your pointer is at means:

Google Checkout : Card Authorised OK But Not Debited. Seller must now take payment from the card by logging into Google Checkout.

Fixed this... It was calls to our old url secure.ebid.net being mistaken for se.ebid.net .

Future callbacks will be correct.
