Probably the same thing. I know I get some messages going into my spam folder that aren't so it might be worth checking your junk folder to see if the same thing's happened.

I went to the Hotmail help site. Other people are having the same problem, with one sender only not appearing. The recommendation is to check the options to see if the sender has been blocked. Unfortunately, after wasting 15 minutes, I can't find anyplace to set "Blocked" or "Unblocked", and the permissions that are listed don't include any options for receiving mail. I love it when they tell me to click on something that doesn't appear anywhere on my screen! Their "help" is just as bad as their "service".
This is the third time I've had serious problems with Hotmail in the past year. I'm thinking of switching to a new provider. Does anyone use gmail? If so, how reliable is it?

Aha! Thank you, I found it. They did manage to hide it quite well, didn't they?
And all of eBid's email addresses were on my "Safe List". So that's not the problem. Now I can go back to the Hotmail site and yell at them.
Isn't it amazing that I can ask for help on this forum for almost anything, and it's better than anything the "official" help sites provide?

I have checked everything you have highlighted in yellow but find that ebid is not named anywhere in my safe list, I feel it should be there but do not know what address to type, I was hoping you would still be able to help me PLEASE.
I would like to thank everybody for their help and advice on this annoying problem.
