    Default Final Value fees (why have i been charged on a Seller+ Lifetime?

    I have been Charged £8.20 "final value" fee but my £49.49 subscription states :
    Zero Listing Fees * Zero Final Value Fees * 5 Free Photos * 5 Free eBid Stores * Uploads to..

    Has anyone else had this problem, I am unsure why i have been charged

    Please help

    Go to the my ebid page, under My Options you want my ebid fees.
    that will say what you have been charged for. did you make any sales before taking Seller+. have you put fingernail photo in search. ?
    It will tell you

    Zero FVFs only apply if you use the FREE listing format. If you use GALLERY, which all your listings appear to be at a quick glance, than a 2% FVF applies.

    All fees charged will be listed if you go to My eBid > My Options > My eBid Fees detailing what each charge is for.

    going off topic mega.... do you do a smaller container than the 10ltr... we are looking for boxes around the 8"x5"x12".... (shoe box size)

    £8.20 would mean £410 in sales though.
    If OP has had that volume of sales it's correct.

    Gosh, I wouldn't mind a £8.20 bill

    I can't understand some people who would rather not pay the 2% Final Value fee and bypass having a gallery picture.

    I believe the listings without a gallery image do not appear on google shopping results either.

    Wrong. As long as the listing meets all other criteria it will be submitted to Google Base. It simply uses the first image defined in the listing for the thumbnail in Google Products. The gallery picture is only used in search results and stores.
