The store description is not vital to setting up the store. So simply get on without it until you can drum into admin what the problems is and they can fix it.

I may have to try and explain in fewer words to them again as they still not getting it and obviously keep thinking that I am on about title for store and not the description.

Yes and also stated 3 times that it's the description not title but failed still to grasp it
