    Default Asking a buyer a question

    Hi
    Can anyone tell me what happens if I ask a buyer a question ?
    ie: do they get sent an email with the question ? or does it just sit on the AAL waiting for them to log in and see it ?
    reason for asking is I have made quite a few sales but get no feedback from the buyers so have left questions to ask if package has arrived ok or if there are any problems but have never had a reply to a question

    Also is it normal to get no feedback ? as I have made 9 sales but only had 2 feedbacks as a seller

    emails are sent for both questions asked and answers received.

    While I would not say it is 'normal' not to get feedback it does seem quite common - especially if the buyer came via seeing the item on Google.

    I have never seen the point in sending chasers for feedback. Either the buyer leaves it or they don't. If they choose not to then emailing them about it is likey to have the opposite effect to what was intended.

    People are quick to complain if they are not happy, so I take silence as an indication that they are.
