I spoke to my left handed buyer and he is a lovely man, very understanding. we have happily resolved all the issues regarding the pens.
i wont panick next time i promise.
BTW I love the new look ebid.
Isnt there a way of just cancelling a bid without putting a buyer on the BBL?.
