Default Bidder who outbid me has strikethrough on name.

I lost an auction to a bidder who has a strikethrough on their name. Shouldn't I be the winner of that auction?

My guess and it is a guess is that the buyer has been a member for 13 hours and just being checked out for 1 reason or another, the most likely IMO is based on their frantic bidding

The strike through is probably because ebid need to check some details e.g. card, address etc. It's a new bidder but they one the auction
