I don't think you can read anything into someone having their account suspended by eBid soon after registration. Even perfectly valid registration information can fail eBid's checks. Or a simple keying error when entering registration details can cause the check to fail.

I certainly wouldn't question someone's honesty (even in jest) based on them failing eBid's initial checks.

surely if a potential member fails any of the checks the account would be opened, and to suspend an account wouldnt it need to be opened first?
